WanDilson > I was trying for a 1080 on this jump, but could only pull off a 720. I blame it on the pack.
WanDilson > Snack-break with South Sister in the background. Clouds continued to surround the summit like you see there, so it turned out to be a pretty wise idea to stop where we did. For once.
WanDilson > We skied back down to our campsite and then started packing up our stuff to ski the rest of the way down. Nate decided to do some praying before our final descent. Considering we'd be skiing through the same wooded forests that we had come up the previous night, it wasn't a bad idea.
WanDilson > Still single, ladies. Hard to believe, isn't it?
WanDilson > Our campsite really was pretty. Its always fun camping on the snow when it's like 70 degrees out.
WanDilson > We were both a little worried about the last part of the descent, because it was through some heavily wooded areas and some of the slopes were really steep. And frankly, I'm not that good of a snowboarder, especially with a fully loaded pack, and even more especially through tight spots. I didn't take many pictures of this part, because I was too busy trying not to run into any trees. But here's Nate on one of the more open sections.

WanDilson > Here I am on one of my successful passes (there weren't many of these). Occasionally you'd pick your line through a tight spot and then it would open up a bit into these little valleys with just a few trees here and there. Those were always fun.
WanDilson > That blurry blob in the upper right-hand corner is me after a pretty sweet wipeout.
